夏令营日程安排 Daily Plan 

第一天 Day 1

📍北京 Beijing

抵达北京，入住酒店休息，即将开始夏令营之旅。

Arrive in Beijing, stay at the hotel, and start your summer camp trip.

 

第二天 Day 2

📍北京 Beijing

早餐后深入知名学府学习，武术交流训练

After breakfast, study in a well-known university we will have a martial arts exchange training

    午餐后学习汉语、中国书法、国画等

After lunch, we will learn Chinese, Chinese calligraphy, Chinese painting, etc.

 

第三天 Day 3

📍北京 Beijing

早餐后参观天坛

Visit Temple of Heaven after breakfast.

午餐后太极训练

Tai Chi training after lunch.

晚餐后观看中国功夫秀演出，后入住酒店休息

Watching Chinese Kungfu show after dinner then back to hotel.

 

第四天 Day 4

📍北京 Beijing

早餐后参观北京动物园（含熊猫馆）

Visit Beijing Zoo (included house of panda) after breakfast

午餐后中国国粹京剧脸谱课程

Take Peking Opera Mask course after lunch.

晚餐后入住酒店休息

Back to hotel after dinner.

 

第五天 Day 5

📍北京—曲阜 Beijing—Qufu

早餐后，乘车前往北京站乘坐高铁前往曲阜，开启儒家文化之旅

Leave from Beijing and head to Qufu. 

礼之—祭孔拜师礼 Visit hometown of Confucius

拜师礼，是古代学子与师长之间的一种礼节，由此而发展演变成一学校的礼仪制度。本次拜师礼，严格按照古代拜师礼的程序，让孩子们学会感恩父母，尊师重道。春秋时期的孔子在面对礼崩乐坏的情况时，极度推崇礼，以“克己复礼”为精神旗帜，力主回复到文、武、周公时代的理想时代，主张用礼重建社会秩 序。而礼，是孔子思想体系中的关键词汇，他的社会理 想、伦理观念、教育思想无不与其紧密联系。学员将在孔子圣像身着传统服饰，盥洗静心，举行盛大的拜师礼仪式。

We will follow the most ancient apprentice ceremony program to get in touch with traditional Chinese culture. 

古法造纸 Ancient paper-making

造纸术是中国古代“四大发明”之一，西汉蔡伦凭借其聪明才智发明了造纸术，为记录和传承五千年中国文化提供了重要载体。孩子将亲自感受一张纸的制作过程，搅拌、抄 纸、压入新鲜花草压纸、晒纸、揭纸，一张张花草纸便成形了。

Paper-making is one of the "four great inventions" in ancient China. We will personally feel the process of making a piece of paper.

 

第六天 Day 6

📍曲阜 Qufu

射之—仁武兼备 Chinese Archery

子曰：“射有似乎君子，失诸正鸪，而反求诸身。”孔子说：射箭的方法，很像君子做人的道理，射不中靶心，就要反过来要求自己，看看自己有没有做好， 功夫够不够。在生活中，人们总是在事情不如意时倾向于找客观原因或埋怨他人，但其实我们必须寻找到自身的原因并思考可以改变自己身上的什么。研习射艺践行“行有不得， 反求诸己”人生哲学。

For millennia, Chinese archery has played a pivotal role in Chinese society. In particular, archery featured prominently In ancient Chinese culture and philosophy.

御之—舞龙舞狮

Dragon Dance and Lion Dance

舞龙是一种中国民族传统民俗文化活动,“龙”是中国华夏民族世世代代所崇拜的图腾。在古代，中国人就把“龙”看成能行云布雨、消灾降福的神奇之物。数千年来，炎黄子孙都把自己称作是“龙的传人”。

本项目学生将了解中国图腾文化知识，知道自己作为龙的传人的责任和担当，然后在专业老师的带领下舞起飞龙， 翱翔天际。

Lion dance is a form of traditional dance in Chinese culture and other Asian countries in which performers mimic a lion's movements in a lion costume to bring good luck and fortune. The lion dance is usually performed during the Chinese New Year and other Chinese traditional, cultural and religious festivals. It may also be performed at important occasions such as business opening events, special celebrations or wedding ceremonies, or may be used to honor special guests by the Chinese communities. Chinese lion dance fundamental movements can be found in Chinese martial arts.

 

第七天 Day 7

📍曲阜 Qufu

早餐后，体验活动之线装古本制作 Ancient book-making

线装书是指以线类进行 装订的图书类型，又称古线装，是非物质文化遗产，古代中国劳动人民的重要发明。中国传统文化的根本，首先在于它的载体线装书，没有线装书，无处看线装书，不会看线装书，那就差不多失去了中国传统文化的根本。”

The line-bound book refers to the type of book bound by the current class, also known as the ancient line, which is an intangible cultural heritage and an important invention of the ancient Chinese working people.

午餐后,体验之茶艺 Tea Art

茶艺是一种将礼仪与礼节、礼貌溶于一体的一种艺术活动，它能使孩子在高雅有趣的茶艺活动中接受中国传统文化熏陶，对青少年朋友有一种比较综合的影响力。本项目通过茶艺的体验让大家了解茶文化知识，认识沏茶技艺和品饮的艺术，传承中国茶文化。

Tea art is an art activity that dissolves etiquette with etiquette and courtesy. It enables children to receive Chinese traditional culture in the elegant and interesting tea activities, and has a more comprehensive influence on young friends. Through the experience of tea art, the project will let everyone know about tea culture, know the art of tea craft and taste, and inherit Chinese tea culture.

 

第八天 Day 8

📍曲阜—河南 Qufu-Henan

早餐后，乘车前往曲阜站乘高铁前往河南，开启武术之旅。上午到达少林功夫国际交流中心，分房卡，统计服装及鞋码，发放练功鞋及校服，稍事休息后，用午餐，下午练习少林基本功，晚餐后观看禅宗少林音乐大典后回程休息

We will arrive to the hometown of Shaolin Kungfu, Henan province. After arriving, we will distribute uniform and shoes. After lunch, we will practice Shaolin basic Kungfu skills. After dinner, we will watch Zen Shaolin Music festival.  

 

第九天 Day 9

📍河南 Henan

早餐后参观嵩阳书院，穿汉服参加古代人生四大礼之一——入泮礼， 学习尊师重道，

中餐后参观道教圣地中岳庙，通过了解道教文化，让学生感受中华文化的博大精深

    晚餐后入住酒店休息

We will visit Shuyang Academy and Zhongyue Temple. They are both very important to traditional Chinese culture. 

 

第十天 Day 10

📍河南 Henan

早餐后出发赴少林寺景区游览(少林寺庙、塔林、达摩洞等景点);

After breakfast, we will visit Shaolin Temple Scenic Area.

中餐后稍事休息，学习少林六合拳

After lunch and short break, we will learn Shaolin Liuhe Boxing.

 

第十一天 Day 11

📍河南 Henan

早餐后学习少林大洪拳

After breakfast, we will learn Shaolin Dahong Boxing. 

午餐后稍事休息，练习书法

After lunch, we will practice Chinese calligraphy. 

 

第十二天 Day 12

📍河南 Henan

早餐后学习少林单刀

After breakfast, learning Shaolin single knife. 

午餐后稍事休息，继续练习少林单刀

After lunch and break, we will continue learning Shaolin single knife.

后多媒体教室观看少林功夫的电影，写少林功夫体验总结日记

Watching Shaolin movie and we will have a conference to conclude this trip. 

 

第十三天 Day 13

📍河南—北京 Henan-Beijing

早餐后复习少林六合拳、少林大洪拳、少林单刀

Review Shaolin Liuhe Boxing, Shaolin Dahong Boxing and Shaolin single knife.

功夫考核

Kungfu Test.

之后谢师礼，颁发结业证书，营员们与基地学员互动交流，观摩少林武僧功夫表演，合影留念.

We will have an official ceremony for our little Kungfu shifu. 

午餐后，乘车前往火车站，乘动车返回北京

After lunch, we will go back to Beijing.

 

第十四天 Day 14

📍北京—美国 Beijing-USA

乘坐航班返程，圆满结束功夫夏令营之旅

Get back to USA.
